Frequently asked questions:
Q: Can parents accompany their kids on the tour?
A: Yes, parents are more than welcome to join their kids on these tours, In fact we have specialized programs that offer the opportunity for parents to stay in separate close-by accommodation with their own itinerary. This works well because the players and parents itineraries will mesh only as needed for games and other important activities, freeing them up to do whatever they want.

Q: How will I be able to contact my child?
A: Prior to the tour you will be given a daily tour itinerary complete with a list of all important numbers including hotels, tournaments contacts and a direct line to our tour director himself.

Q: Does my child need a visa to participate in these tours?
A: Individuals holding an American passport will not in most cases require a visa for entry into European Union countries. However, individuals not holding an American passport will need to contact the embassies of each anticipated country of visit for visa requirements.

Q: Where does my child meet with his tour director?
A: Each tour will depart from the William Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. You will be given all the necessary flight information in your confirmation package and your tour director will meet you at the check-in counter of the chosen airline. All tour members will gather at the same point and everyone will check-in as a group.
